Expert Advisory Board

1. A core group of experts will follow the project throughout its duration.

The members of this core group, with expertise on the project as a whole, provide advice on the general orientations and the implementation of the project. They assess the progress of the various Tasks and suggest improvements. They are invited to join the General Assembly meetings.

They are:

Dr. Anke Lipinsky
Policy Officer, GESIS-Leibniz Institute for the Social Sciences - Center of Excellence Women and Science CEWS

Dr. Alice Hogan
Consultant, founding program director for the ADVANCE Program at the National Science Foundation (USA).

Prof. Londa Schiebinger
Professor of History at Stanford University (USA), Director of the US-EU Gendered Innovations Project.

Dr. Carl Jacobsson
Senior advisor under the Director General at the Swedish Research Council.

Catherine J. Didion
Former Director of the Committee on Women in Science, Engineering and Medicine (CWSEM) of the US National Academies (GENDER-NET partner)

2. A wider group of experts will provide advice and contribute to specific Tasks within the Work Packages.

The members of this open group have expertise relevant for specific Work Packages activities and will be consulted in an ad hoc manner. Membership of this wider group will vary during the course of the project to fit needs.
